Artist to Artist: International Residency Host Members

Call out for Host Membership:

Art Science Exhibits Berlin launches an innovative residency program for professional Visual Artists, Curators, and Art Administrators, which includes stipends for Host Members worldwide.

As more artists enter the international artworld, more and more artists pay out of pocket for residency opportunities. With so many applications, even the best are denied. And the residencies that can offer you support, most often, can’t offer connections to regional artists, curators, or exhibition venues.

By providing this expanding network for members, and by keeping the money in the pockets of friendly artists, Art Science Exhibits presents the solution.

Artists from Anywhere but USA : International Art Show

Artists from countries all over the world are welcome to enter this free art show. Artists must cover their costs to get art to and from the gallery. All media considered, including video. Especially interested in art about lives in various countries and social justice issue themes.

During the show, there will be opportunities for visitors from other countries who are in Chicago to make art and see the show!

Art must arrive at gallery during last two weeks of March 2020.

Find guidelines on the website www.urbanartretreat.com for step by step how to submit your art to the show.

CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL ART: LONDON GROUP EXHIBITION

Warbling invites international submissions of contemporary art for a curated group pop-up exhibition to be held in East Dulwich, London from the 22nd of August to the 2nd of September 2019.

The exhibition will be titled ‘Of course, I haven’t forgotten!’, it’s completely up to each artist submitting to come to their own conclusions on how the title might relate or sit nicely alongside their practice. It’s interesting to read different ideas and interpretations of our titles in the submissions form, however it is not obligatory to do so and often if a work stands out, it can be related in some way to the other works being considered within the exhibition as a whole.

Seventh International Call for Entries

Entry is open for our Annual Open Call exhibition. This show is mounted as an international showcase for contemporary voices in photography, no theme or prompt. This is an opportunity to submit your work for review by Neal Rantoul  https://www.nealrantoul.com/ a career artist and educator. An active advocate for all things photographic, Rantoul was head of the Photo Program at Northeastern University in Boston and previously taught at Harvard University.

Our 7th Open Call will open on September 19th as a showcase for contemporary photography. We are accepting entries now through July 26th
