Following on from our successful ‘Pause for Thought’ Exhibition back in May, Original Magazine are collaborating with the Open Eye Gallery based in Liverpool, for our latest exhibition: ‘I Used to Think…Then I Thought’.

From the powerful reactions from our ‘Pause for Thought’ open evening and throughout the week of the exhibition; we want to continue the talks that surround mental health and wellbeing.

Gallery Ring "OPEN" Online Juried Art Exhibition

Gallery Ring announces an art contest and exhibition with an open theme.  Artists are given the freedom of choice for subject matter and style. 

The deadline to submit work is Thursday, August 18th 2022.   The fee is 20 USD for 1-3 pieces.

Far Away Places is an online and in gallery Group Exhibition.

All works that fit the theme of far away places will be considered. Your far away place can be in the next city, the next county, the next state, or an entirely different county. Far away is described as something seeming remote from the immediate surroundings.Faraway may also mean mentally absent, dreamy.

Land and Sea 2022 | International Juried Visual Arts Competition

Open to all artists 18 years and older. Suggestions for subject matter for this competition would be: water, lakes, rivers, oceans, forest, mountains, land, boats, buildings, piers, structures, farm equipment, homesteads, streets, highways, bridges etc. The jurors will be looking for originality, quality of work and technical skill. 

Mediums to be considered but not limited to: Colored Pencil, Encaustic, Mixed Media, Gouache, Oil, Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Airbrush, Fiber, Sculpture, Collage, Digital Art and Photography.
