I am an expressionist artist, I consider all my work to be visual poems.

The paintings submitted are in acrylic on canvas, and are executed through my signature painterly style.

For me nature is very important and plays a very essential role in my life. Thus, I am a nature lover - mother nature is my sanctuary and my ultimate solace. In the submitted paintings, I contemplate on times well spent observing nature in order to reach inner peace and attain moments of zen especially in these uncertain trying times.

The submitted paintings are produced during quarantine and during the COVID-19 times. In them I reflect on our new reality and our new normal.

The work albeit abstract in nature offers symbolism referencing the status of our current lives where the future is unknown, and life is such a precious commodity. The work also showcases a sense of identity of who I am as as an artist: my hopes, my aspiration and my dreams.

Consequently, the work becomes a bridge of reflection and connection to the past, present along with a sense of wonder to what the future holds.
