Call for book title submissions

Open call for submissions. Looking for photographs or visual narrative material that relate to how two or more books/book titles from your personal library come into dialogue. Whether arranged as a couple or spread out, what discursive opportunities arise with the selection of books you have at hand? This is a relaxed exercise and should be quite spontaneous.

An example for a submission is found in the image:

-"Against What? Against Whom?"

-"Against Everything."

The submitted material will be gathered together for a small publication and there is a possibility for the books to be collected and exhibited at a site within the South London area.

Become a Bleur Artist

Here at Bleur we are opening our doors for one artist to join our collective of artists.

Since its creation in 2019, Bleur’s mission is to showcase emerging talents and make space for diverse voices to be heard. For us, buying art is about creating a strong bond between art buyers and artists by sharing the stories behind the artist’s work.

Bleur is artist-led which means that we understand the challenges artists can face. Supporting artists at the start of their journey is the reason why Bleur exists. From talking through career choices, business decisions and artistic direction to giving mothers and fathers headspace by looking after their little ones while they create, we are there every step of the way.

LandEscape Now! Open Call for Artists, 15th Edition

LandEscape is launching the 15th edition of “LandEscape Now!”, an open art event that will once again introduce nine artists in various fine arts disciplines, with the goal of discovering talented creatives from around the world and supporting their art activities.

LandEscape is a career-enhancing opportunity for established and emerging artists to engage in professional critique and artistic introspection, to open the dialogue between artists and audience, between thoughts and their articulation

HOMESTEAD - Exhibit your paintings at the modern restaurant in the heart of London City Island!

History shows us that there were lots of famous artists showcasing their works in restaurants, like Jackson Pollock’s Blue Poles and Picasso’s Le Tricorne displayed at the Four Seasons restaurant in the Seagram Building in New York. Pairing art with restaurants remains very popular to this day and we are seeing many restaurants blending visual and culinary arts like Damien Hirst Cock ‘n’ Bull on display at Tramshed in Shoreditch.

Big and Bold - Open Call - LONDON-BASED ARTISTS ONLY
