MASK Prize Creativity Competition for Young People Living in Africa

MASK Prize is creativity and innovation competition with prizes for schools and young people living in Africa. 

Strengthen your creativity for a better future. Enter your creative and innovative artworks or entrepreneurial ideas in any medium, on any subject in 3 categories: Schools, Under 15 years old, or Under 25 years old.

WHO CAN ENTER:

1. Anyone who is 25 or younger living anywhere in Africa
2. Any school, college, or university (whether state or private)

WHAT YOU CAN ENTER:

BBA ARTIST PRIZE 2019

THE EXHIBITION:

BBA Gallery is located in the heart of Berlin and focuses on promising emerging artists. We are currently looking for 3-5 distinct artistic positions to present in a 3-weeks long exhibition at our gallery in April and May 2019, with a big Opening on Friday April 26 for the start of Berlin Gallery Weekend - Berlins biggest contemporary art event of the year. The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalogue.

THE ARTIST PRIZE:

Amongst the exhibited artists the gallery will select one artist for the BBA ARTIST PRIZE 2019. The winner will be awarded a cash prize of 500 € and will be fully promoted as a guest artist on the gallery’s ARTSY profile for 1 year.

Butterbiggens Prize in British painting

 

The Butterbiggens Prize is an experiment to see if an art foundation can be productive on a micro scale. We provide tiny grants for artists in the form of fast food gift certificates.

A showcase for contemporary emerging artists, Artists from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island, as well as the Channel islands and Crown dependancies are eligble. 

Micro Fellowship for UK painters, juried by a group of Scottish Art Students.

If you include multiple photos one should be an installation shot, We would like to get a sense of scale. Include dimensions and medium, CV is optional.

2021 Damah International Film Festival

Damah looks to create unique events that foster a true sense of community. Our past events have featured Panel Discussions, Workshops, Interactive Screenings and Q & A sessions, all designed to stimulate discussion and provide a platform for artistic expression.

Taking place in the heart of Tokyo, and boasting an impressive panel of Hollywood judges—DIFF has emerged as one of Japan’s most exciting Short Film Festivals. More than ever we look forward to seeing your film, because at Damah, your story matters.

We feature films from any genre and they can be submitted in any acquisition format. The only requirement is that films must be no longer than 30 minutes. Our next Festival & Awards Ceremony will be held in Tokyo, Japan in May 2021.

4th Annual Artist's Choice Art Competition

Fusion Art invites submissions for the 4th Annual Artist’s Choice art competition.

For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best art and photography in any subject matter and any media. The artwork can range from realism to surrealism to abstraction and artists, regardless of location or experience, are encouraged to submit their best representational and/or nonrepresentational art and photography in any medium.

Best in Show and 2nd through 5th Place awards will be given in each category. The Best in Show winners receive a cash prize and an invitation to Fusion Art's 4th Annual Group Show in February 2020. 

International Photography Contest

Photographers from all over the world are invited to submit their work. All styles and levels of experience are welcome. Winners will be selected by a jury and announced on May 4. The winning selections will be printed and framed by FMoPA and exhibited in the Community Gallery from June 1-July 23. There will be a formal opening reception from 5-7 p.m. June 28 at the museum.
