IOAEA is thrilled to announce a new interview series, "Material Dialogues," dedicated to showcasing the innovative work of artists at the forefront of bio art, material exploration, and sustainable practices.

About Material Dialogues

"MateriaDialogues" provides a platform for artists to share their unique perspectives on the evolving relationship between human-made materials and the natural world. We aim to explore how artists are engaging with materials, challenging traditional notions of materiality, and developing sustainable practices that minimize environmental impact. 

2026 Embracing Our Differences International Art Exhibition

Embracing Our Differences invites artists worldwide to submit their unique perspectives for our juried outdoor exhibition. Featuring 50 powerful, billboard-sized images, this showcase explores the theme of “embracing our differences through thought-provoking art.

Selected works will be displayed across Sarasota and Pinellas counties, Florida, from mid-January to mid-April 2026, inspiring dialogue among thousands of visitors.

This call is open to all—professional and amateur artists of all ages. Don't just create art; create impact.

Bruce's Beach Public Art RFQ

The City of Manhattan Beach, CA has an important large-scale 3-D public art opportunity at Bruce's Beach. Artists with experience in durable public art installations are invited to apply. Black artists and those with a connection to the site are encouraged to apply.

Bruce’s Beach holds deep historical significance. Once a thriving Black-owned resort in the early 20th century, it was unjustly seized by the City of Manhattan Beach in the 1920s. The site has since been recognized for its importance in the ongoing dialogue about racia justice and reconciliation. The commissioned artwork will serve as a space for contemplation, acknowledgment, and community connection, contributing to the cultural and historical significance of the site.

Wir suchen nach Euch! Diesen Sommer planen wir wieder eine Ausstellung und suchen nach freien Künstler*innen und Studierenden, die sich gegen den steigenden Rechtsruck positionieren und sich im Rahmen der Ausstellung künstlerisch mit diktatorischen Gräbern auseinander setzen wollen. Die künstlerischen Arbeiten sollen für die Ausstellung angefertigt werden, es sind keine fertigen Arbeiten für die Bewerbung notwenig. Alle Informationen zur Bewerbung auf dem zweiten Slide.

The Gallery, the UK's largest public art exhibition, is a cultural institution without walls, redefining how art is seen. Selected works appear on thousands of digital screens and billboards across 55+ UK towns and cities. Over four seasons, it has amassed 200+ million views.

The Gallery Season 5 is proud to partner with the British Council for its UK/Brazil Season of Culture. The Gallery is inviting artists to make work in response to the theme: It’s Not Easy Being Green.
