For forty-seven years, from Soho to Chelsea, Pleiades Gallery has spotlighted artistic movements and artists notable for creating work that crosses genres and borders, generational contexts and disciplines.

We seek out and welcome new members who continuously refresh our high standards and uphold and explore our vision.

Are you a Pleiades artist?

A spirit of commitment to its artists and their art has always been a cornerstone of the gallery. Throughout the year we host solo shows, curated group shows and juried shows.

NYC Artwalk in Chelsea & SoHo

Your work seen in a prime location during a very popular international art fair (affordable art fair, not associated with us) on 18th street, at the heart of the Chelsea Gallery District, attracting art collectors, art lovers. and local and international art gallerists. Just feet away from the art fair, March 23 - March 31, 2022.   An image of your work could also be displayed at a prime location in SoHo, in front of Prada.

KUNSTRAUM is calling for submissions for our 2022-2023 Exhibition Program.

Emerging and mid-career artists are invited to submit their work for consideration in our group exhibition, put together by our 2022-2023 Curator-in-Residence.

Kunstraum is a community for artists by artists, aiming to redefine the way artists and curators collaborate. Our program seeks to explore the relationships between artists and curators by opening our gallery space to those interested in exploring unconventional, engaging ideas and taking risks.

OPEN CALL FOR ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE 2022-2023 | AIR PROGRAM Application Deadline: April 15, 2022 | Notifications: May 15, 2022

Kunstraum is a community of artists by artists with the goal of redefining the collaboration between artists and curators. Through our program, we aim to explore the relationships between artists and curators by opening our gallery spaces to those interested in exploring unconventional, engaging ideas and taking risks.

Our Artist-in-Residency program offers three-month residencies for national and international artists on a quarterly cycle. In 2023, the three-month residencies will take place from January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December, with multiple spots available for each period. For 2022, there is one opening, from April-June. Please apply as soon as possible as applications for the 2022 term will be reviewed before the deadline.
