As a mother agency VIA finds/scouts/discovers new faces and educates, develops and proposes them for the international modeling industry when ready, and strategically places the models to start their international modeling career.

There is a strong need for personal guidance and model placement for young models.

VIA was created out of this need for any young aspiring model looking to work as a fashion model. So, these young models will have someone to trust, to guide them and nurture them to help getting their fashion modeling career started the right way.

VIA working hands-on with the parents of these aspiring models to educate, develop and place each model with the best agencies worldwide. VIA carefully and strategically plans their careers on the current trends, what the model wants long-term, and works with the parents to create a successful international long-term career.

The team of VIA Model Management is a young and creative team with much experience in the fashion and marketing business. With the goal to promote the New Faces and prepare them as well as possible for the international model business.

The history of Fusion Management Group goes back to 1992 when the former owner, Debra Lewin, previously a partner of Promark Models & Promotions, founded her own production and talent company based out of Burlington, Vermont with an expansion to a second office in 1994 in Miami, Florida. Shortly after her move to Hollywood, California she closed the doors in Miami and was left with a satellite office in California and her main office in Burlington, Vermont. Working closely with national clients such as L.L Bean, Burton, Motherwear, Woolrich, Natural Health Magazine, Fit Pregnancy Magazine, Orvis, National Wholesale, and AB Lamdin helped Debra Lewin Productions & Talent acquire a reputable name and solid client-base. Working with advertising and marketing firms across the country from Boston to New York, Miami to LA, Debra Lewin's name became known in the industry for producing top quality models for any need and any location.
Fusion Management Group, Ltd. was formed January 1st, 2003 with new direction. Keith knew what he needed to accomplish with his newly formed agency. He started by using diverse marketing tactics for gaining new clients. Keith's focus immediately became establishing the most cost effective and time efficient approach in handling his client's needs. This led him to formulate and launch the company’s website linking his clients with his top talent and submitting them for bookings via web-based emails and marketing CD’s with composite cards on them.
Since its creation, Fusion Management Group, Ltd. has continued to develop further divisions to meet client demand. They first started with print divisions for women and men, and then shortly thereafter launched fusion kids2kids. As they grew over the past few years, they have expanded and created divisions for Artists (hair, makeup, wardrobe and photographers) and TV & Film, along with their FMG divisions in Promotional Staffing and Runway Productions.
