BRASHNAR CREATIVE PROJECT: International Artist-in-Residence Summer 2020

Brashnar Artist-in-Residence (BAiR) is an artist run and operated urban artist residency program located in the neighborhood Hrom on the west side of Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. BAiR is a multi-faceted residency program allowing resident artists the freedom to explore the potentials of their practice while experiencing Macedonian culture through group related activities.

AADK Spain Artist Residency 2020

AADK Spain invites all artists and researchers who wish to work on the topics of body, territory and spatiality to participate in its Artistic Residency Program.

For this edition, priority will be given to those proposals that focus on an expanded concept of architecture. We propose to consider listening and modeling spaces, experimenting with ways of inhabiting and recovering the memory of places as possible lines of action. 

For those interested in working with the community of Blanca, please bear in mind that projects of less than two months will not be accepted. The ability of artists to establish respectful relationships with the inhabitants and to be willing to engage in trial-error processes will be fundamental for these proposals.

Open Call for Residency at SomoS 2020

The application period for SomoS Berlin Residence Program 2020 is now open. Inquiries for specific periods are welcome and residents will be accepted on a rolling basis. Visiting Researchers/Academics/Writers slots are minimally 1 month; artists slots minimally 3 months.

SomoS Art House Berlin offers three types of Residency Programs for Artists, Curators, and Researchers

– Artist in Residence Program (rolling applications, minimum three month duration)

– Curatorial Residency (rolling applications, minimum three month duration)

– Visiting Researcher Program (rolling applications, minimum one month duration)

Artist Residency in New York City - Spring 2020 - Register Today

NYC Residency Dates: April 20-25, 2020

Dacia Gallery is pleased to announce its Artist Residency Program in New York City. The painting intensive program will comprise of drawing and painting the figure from life, guest lecturers, a business of art course and gallery visits. Additionally, Dacia Gallery will host a group exhibition of the artwork you created during the workshop. The residency is open to all visual artists and will accommodate all levels of experience. Artists living in New York, national and international artists are invited to attend. coGalleries is pleased to announce the open call for Artist in Residence Program Berlin. As a contemporary art gallery with a beautiful space in the center of town, we are interested in production-oriented artists and diverse cultural agents like writers, researchers, curators and others interested in creative projects, research and collaboration within the contemporary arts.
