ABOUT THE RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Artist Residency in New York City

Residency Dates: April 20-25, 2020

Dacia Gallery is pleased to announce its Artist Residency Program in New York City. The painting intensive program will comprise of drawing and painting the figure from life, guest lecturers, a business of art course and gallery visits. Additionally, Dacia Gallery will host a group exhibition of the artwork you created during the workshop. The residency is open to all visual artists and will accommodate all levels of experience. Artists living in New York, national and international artists are invited to attend. This is a wonderful opportunity to study and paint in NYC, if you are interested in participating register today, spots are limited.

Introduction

Est-Nord-Est (ENE) is an artist-run centre whose mission is to provide an international community of artists and authors in contemporary art with support by offering space and time for research and experimentation, as well as privileged access to local resources and knowhow.

 

The centre is situated in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, a village on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, in a unique geographic and historical locale. The predominant aspects of the landscapes are farms, forests, and the river. Saint-Jean-Port-Joli is situated 115 km from Quebec City and 350 km from Montreal.

SpeakAIR Web Residency Open Call 2020

SpeakArt has been promoting funded/free residency open calls since 2016. Despite having no physical space for engagement, our community organically grew in the last 3 years thanks to digital platforms.

While physical real-time interactions are still the essence of today’s social activities, digital space has become an alternative way for creative professionals like us to share ideas. Celebrating the limitless potential of this platform, SpeakArt is delighted to announce the launch of its first artist residency program – SpeakAIR.

AIR Studio and Residence Space

A.I.R. Studio Paducah is an Artist-in-Residence Studio and efficiency apartment located in the Lower Town Arts District of Paducah, Kentucky six blocks from the Ohio River. We welcome self-motivated, focused artists working in a range of creative practices: visual artists, photographers, architects, writers, composers and improvisational choreographers. Applicants are encouraged to have a clear objective for their residency. Stays usually range from two weeks to three months.
