OPEN CALL TO ACTORS: [INSERT FEELING HERE] immersive art experience

OPEN CALL TO ACTORS: Looking for actors to collaborate on a unique immersive art exhibition for two nights only on 26 & 27 February in the Old Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey.

The performance is part of a unique immersive art exhibition [INSERT FEELING HERE], an artist reflection on chasing our own emotions, the highs and the lows and making space for everything in between. The aim of the event is to make people feel and experience art becoming part of the creation process rather than observers. The audience will dive into the minds of 11 artists and get immersed into their practice.

We are looking for the following:

Craddock-Terry Gallery 2021 Exhibition Applications

The Craddock-Terry is a 2,500 square foot, street-level contemporary exhibition space in Lynchburg, Virginia’s revitalized downtown. The Exhibition Selection Committee considers artists for both solo and group exhibitions. Artists who work in any media, 2D, 3D, performance, and video artwork can apply. Artists submitting an installation should have a complete, site-specific proposal in mind.

Process and Material

Process and Material: April 17 - May 9, 2020

Exhibition Description: Oftentimes, artists pursue their unparalleled originality and one of a kind making process through their own inventive and unique adaptations of traditional techniques. The processes reflect the artists’ insights and experiences in creation, and it becomes a work of art itself. Other times, everyday objects and raw elements can challenge many makers to push the boundaries of the common perception and expectation of the material. It is also through the artists’ eyes that we see the hidden potential of the material.
