Open Call 2022 second semester – Cruce, Space for Transformation

Cruce, Space for Transformation is an initiative intended for professionals who need to disconnect from their daily rhythms, those who need a space to create, hold workshops, events or exhibitions, focus on analysis and dissemination of their work; or just make a temporary withdrawal.

Surrounded by nature, the rural environment of Blanca allows one to enter the traditions and customs of a town in southern Spain, as well as being in coexistence with an artistic community.
Cruce is a program designed to bring together resources, spaces and knowledge. It facilitates the encounter between people of different origins, trajectories and ideas, with the common interest of being part of a temporary and caring community and of sharing experiences and knowledge.

Open Call for the IX Edition of the International BETA PUBLICA Showcase

In the IX EDITION of International BETA PUBLICA Showcase we continue to seek that the public, choreographers, dancers, cultural programmers, media, producers, and other participants are - physically and virtually - present in the creative processes of the selected pieces giving rise to new reflections and bringing together points of view that contribute to enriching the creative process.

L’Alternativa, Barcelona Independent Film Festival offers filmgoers, filmmakers and industry professionals a unique opportunity to discover and enjoy screenings and activities that value creative freedom, diversity, innovation, commitment and thought-provoking reflection.

L’Alternativa's 29th edition will take place from 18 Nov. to 4 Dec. 2022, and will be a hybrid event: onsite* and online. The main onsite venue is the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB).

We accept features and shorts, fiction, nonfiction, essay, animation and experimental from Spain and worldwide.
Cash prizes.

IV Call for Publication

Handbali Magazine will present the work of five selected artists in the fourth edition of this magazine. The call is addressed to artists or groups, of legal age and coming from any corner of the world. Those interested can send their projects according to the format established in the rules until March 14, 2022.
