Dark Night of the Soul

"Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is."

This exhibition approaches the "Dark Night of the Soul" not merely as an individual experience but as a societal mirror. We examine the claim that humanity's repressed collective shadows lie at the root of many social problems, from wars to environmental destruction, from discrimination to economic inequality.
