Heart of Gilroy Festival

Join us for the 3rd Annual Wine and Art event in Downtown Gilroy, newly renamed the Heart of Gilroy Festival! In 2023, we had a beautiful event in April, and we are looking forward to our July event in 2024. Artists and food vendors line the streets of charming downtown Gilroy, while local wineries and breweries are stationed throughout downtown. We expect to have betwee 2000-3000 people attending the festival this year.

The Heart of Gilroy Festival is a two part event. The art, food, and vendor portion starts at 11am and runs through to 7pm. The Wine Walk is a ticketed event, and is from 1-6pm (21+).

Artist must apply here first, and submit a one page PDF of their work, and festival set-up. If you do not have pictures of your set-up, please provide a detailed description of your proposed set-up. Once you’ve applied, your application will be reviewed. If accepted, you can purchase your booth.

Local Artists $75 Inside/$100 Outside

Juried Artists $150 Inside/$200 Outside

Artists can choose between an indoor space, or an outdoor space, please indicate which location you’d prefer, and how big of a space you’d like. 10x10 or 10x20

We will be hosting a VIP welcome reception on the evening of Friday, June 19th during the Third Friday Art Walk to welcome artists, VIPS and sponsors for our event.  7/19 5-8pm.

Set up starts at 8am, cars out by 9am. Break down starts at 7, cars in at 7:30pm and out by 9pm.

6th Street Studios and Art Center is organizing the Art portion of this event, and the Downtown Gilroy Business Association is hosting the entire event.
