Lost for Words

Photographic artists are invited to submit works in response to the forthcoming online exhibition, ‘Lost for Words’ - works that have been created for emotional expression, depicting in imagery what can’t be expressed with words.

Lost for Words, from Felt Photographic is an exhibition that will be curated entirely on the felt process, how the panel responds emotionally to works received.

Felt Photographic celebrates the fundamental call to create - to help make sense of the world, who we are and our place in it.

Felt Photographic works from the premise that all art has value and our responses are entirely subjective, therefore submissions will not be critiqued, scored or judged just felt and appreciated.

Open to all, no fee payable, opportunity to show case your work. There will be a webinar during the exhibition where the panel will be responding to a small selection of the artwork - an invitation to notice how we respond to art individually, what is being reflected and what might change as a result.

Work can have been completed at any time but must be devised, created, owned and photographed (including post production) by the submitting artist alone (no workshops or other training shots permitted) and have been created for emotional expression, depicting in imagery what can’t be said with words.

Work must be submitted via the online form only with jpg files no larger than 4MB; stills only, no moving graphics and without watermarks. Please name your image with your name.
