Watercolors

J. Mane Gallery invites submissions for its Watercolors online juried art exhibition for the month of January 2019.

“Watercolor is a medium that can be as demanding and temperamental as those who choose to paint with it. But it is a colorful and exciting medium all the same – well suited to describing the many moods of the subject, as well as those of the artist wielding the brush”. ~Jean Burman

For this competition, watercolor artists are encouraged to share their artistic vision and interpretation of any subject.  The artwork can vary from realism to surrealism to abstraction. All artists over the age of 18, regardless of location or experience, are encouraged to submit their best inspired work.
