Run by Nat Ware (@warenat on instagram), an artist raised in the Catholic Church and attended 12 years of Catholic schooling, Residual Believers was started as a platform for other artists whose work has been influenced by their experience with Catholicism. Whether you no longer believe, have a complicated relationship with your faith, or are somewhere in between, Residual Believers is a place to examine Catholicism, liberation theology, and personal stories of faith through art and writing. Residual Believers is a quarterly publication, both digital and print, that is open call, and takes submissions at residualbelievers@gmail.com.

Cine al Patio - Open Call for films

Cine al patio presents a monthly selection of short films in the unique outdoor setting of La Casa del Árbol Cultural Centre in the heart of Buenos Aires. Our screenings take place in a relaxed atmosphere, catered to an audience eager to experience high-level artistic content from a variety of culture and genres.

We are interested in receiving entries from all manner of fields, be it fiction or documentary, experimental or narrative, live-action or animated, or a combination of these.

The aim of Cine al patio is to ultimately connect audiences through a shared love of cinema, to reconcile people through the power of stories told over a mere matter of minutes.

We very much hope that you’ll share that experience with us.

Aritsts 4 Peace Call for Submissions Issue 4!

At Artists 4 Peace, we dedicate space to the works of people who focus their practice in peace and sustainable living. We collect works in a number of mediums including Architecture, Dance, Film/Video, Multidisciplinary, Music, Theatre, Science, Visual Arts, Written Word, and works from young artists from the age of 18 and below. 

New issues are released every two months and we continually accept submissions throughout the year, regardless of deadline.

THE ARTISTS FORUM INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION, part of our Juried Arts programming, is open to musical artists of all genres seeking to gain exposure in the New York City and international music and media markets.

Its mission is to provide an accessible platform for songwriters and composers to present their best work for juried selection, increase artist communication and business contacts, provide career advancement opportunities, and publicly acknowledge talented artists in an industry-saturated arena.

The 14th edition of this human world is taking place in Vienna, from December 2-12, 2021.

this human world is Austria‘s first festival devoted to the subject of Human Rights and one of Vienna’s largest film festival.

The films shown at this human world are presented in an International competition programme consisting of four different sections and a number of thematic programmes, curated by the festival team, curators, experts, NGOs and partner festivals.
