What does it mean for your heart to bloom? To bloom is to grow, to open yourself up, to become your truest form, to unapologetically let your light shine.  

Create! Magazine is pleased to announce an open call for a virtual group exhibition open to all artists exploring change or transformation in their work. This theme is open to interpretation and can explore literal or conceptual ideas of what it means to bloom. All media will be considered.  

About Our Guest Curator 

Gita Joshi, Founder of The Curator’s Salon and Art Seen Magazine 

Gita Joshi is the founder of Art Seen Magazine, an in-print contemporary art magazine that features visual artists from all over the world. She also hosts the podcast The Curator’s Salon, where she talks with artists, curators, and authors about making it in the art world. Joshi is the author of the bestselling book Show Your Art, a helpful guide for artists for marketing and visibility. As an artist coach, she supports artists in running a successful art business.  

Along with launching platforms that provide support to artists, Joshi has also ran artists open studio programs, worked with arts charities, curated exhibitions, conducted portfolio reviews, and is a member of the Association of Women Art Dealers.
