Work Medium: 2D Works - All Visual Arts

Work Size: Up to 100m x 100cm

Requirements:

· All works must be artist’s original works, and copyright.

· Please submit high-resolution images as the form of JPG or JPEG.

(Do not submit captured images).

· To ensure security in displaying, the work size must be up to

100cm x 100cm, including frame and hanging hardware.

· All works must be suitably framed and ready for installation.

(Canvas or Framed, Glass Frames are not allowed).

· Provide a short description of your work (350 words maximum).

· Provide your artist statement (500 words maximum), CV, social media,

and your website address.

· Provide your work price in £ (British Sterling Pound).

(All your artworks must be for sale).

· Please submit your artwork on the gallery website.

(Do not send your submission emails).

· We only response to the appropriate applicators.

Legal:

· ST. LOUIS ART GALLERY OXFORD reserves the right to utilise all

images submitted to this exhibition in promotion of the exhibition and

for the general promotion of the gallery.

· Please state the price, and there will be a commission charge of 50% of

the sale price of each piece of art to cover the admin costs.

· All shipping is at the expense of the artist.

· Application Deadline: 17. May. 2024. 11:59PM(GMT).

· Selection notification: 18. May. 2024.

· Artwork Delivery Date: 19-27 May. 2024.

· Exhibition: 28-31. May. 2024.

· Our gallery system is for busy artists, and busy staff, which

means that St. Louis Art Oxford is open to all global artists.

· We only receive your artwork by Delivery Services such as the

Royal Mail Service, DHL, or DPD including your return delivery.

(You must share the tracking number with us).

· Please do not send the gallery an appointment email.

Submission Fees:

The submission fees for entry of up to 3 works will be £35.

Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the entry deadline.
