Solo Commercial Exhibition Open Call

Rotate Gallery are committed to making the art world more accessible. The current structures of art education fail to provide their students with the business acumen necessary to enter into the commercial art world.

We at Rotate Gallery have created a platform for emerging artists at the beginning of their artistic career to hold their own commercial solo exhibitions, supported by our provision of new and exciting spaces and access to art expertise.

Each month 12 artists will exhibit any works they may choose in a temporary space, provided by Rotate Gallery, and sell their works through our platform. Participating artists will be provided a £50 subsidiary for materials needed to hang works and will work alongside our artistic director in curating and valuing their works.

We have also partnered with media agency Superbeam to provide professional headshots and advice in writing artist statements and catalogue essays to bolster each artist's portfolio.

Most importantly, Rotate Gallery want to make your voices heard and foster a supportive community of artists of the future who are prepared for their careers in the art world.
