BYOB - BRING YOUR OWN BEAMER

The Norns collective, in partnership with OpenBach, invites you to take part in a sound and visual festival on September 9 and 10, 2023 in Vincennes.
We're looking for digital artists, video artists of all backgrounds/ages/experience, to project their work during the festival, as well as artists to give a poetic performance and/or DJ set.

The artistic projections will be accompanied by an experimental DJ set, performances and an open mic, with the aim of creating an experience as participative as it is immersive.

BYOB - Bring Your Own Beamer, is a concept invented by Rafaël Rozendaal, which consists of bringing together several artists projecting with their own projectors in the same space, with no budget. This space, open to all, is transformed into a spontaneously mixed visual universe.

All artists will arrive on Saturday morning 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to set up their projectors. The festival will open from 5 p.m. to midnight. A refreshment bar will be on site for drinks and snacks. On Sunday, the festival will be open from 2pm to 8pm. You can then uninstall your work.
Don't forget to bring your own projector! Overhead projectors are not insured by OpenBach: in the event of theft, loss or damage, you alone are responsible for your equipment. However, overhead projectors will be mounted high and difficult to access.
