Open Call for Entries: Women Suffragists Exhibit

Women Soaring Project (WSP) is a synergistic collaboration between MiraCosta College and Sierra College with faculty from various disciplines, created to recognize and feature important women in history starting with our inaugural fall exhibition as Women Suffragists. 

We will be showcasing artwork inspired by the women suffragists theme. The focus may be on a particular woman in your life or in history that has positively influenced you in terms of voting or the subject could be on the broader importance of women's suffrage. We are currently holding an open call for entries so you are encouraged to submit artwork to the show.

While everyone's work will be featured, the top three art pieces will be selected by a group of jurors to showcase in a virtual "walkable" art gallery. The deadline to submit is November 1, 2020.
