Milan Design Week is one of the most significant events in the global design industry, held annually in April in Milan, Italy. This event attracts designers, architects, artists, brands, media, and design enthusiasts from around the world.

Global Design Summit:

During Milan Design Week, the Design District hosts over 300,000 visitors each year, where artists and designers from across the globe converge to participate in over a thousand activities. Long-term collaborations with international enterprises such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hyundai, and Samsung have become a hallmark of this event.

Milan Design Week Asia Art Exhibition:

Supported by the official exhibition area of Milan Design Week, this exhibition aims to explore the diverse richness of emerging Asian art. It is dedicated to enhancing the influence of Asian artists and independent designers on the global stage.

International Exchange Platform:

Milan Design Week serves as a crucial international design exchange platform, showcasing and leading global design trends. It provides participants with opportunities for business collaborations and media exposure while fostering the development of the international design community and strengthening connections within the global design industry.

Submission Guidelines

Artwork forms include but are not limited to: painting, sculpture, installations, digital art, video, mixed media, photography, independent design/design brands.

Submission of artworks by artists is free of charge; however, selected works will incur corresponding exhibition fees.

All submitted artworks must be the original creations of the artists, and the artists must retain full copyright. Please ensure that submitted works do not violate any intellectual property or copyright regulations.

Please submit your artwork introduction (within 250 words), artist resume (including educational background, exhibition experience, etc.), and 5-10 high-resolution images of your works (JPEG format, each not exceeding 10MB) to milandesign.cs@gmail.com. Kindly indicate "Milan Design Week Asia Art Exhibition Submission - [Artist Name]" in the email subject.

Artists are welcome to submit multiple works. For video, experimental music, dance, performance art, etc., please upload them to platforms such as Vimeo, YouTube, and provide the links in the email.

For studio/designer brand submissions, please inquire via email.

The deadline for exhibition submissions is March 22nd.
